  • Products listed as “In Stock” are available for immediate order.
  • Products listed as “Out of Stock” are temporarily unavailable.
  • Some products may be restocked periodically; availability depends on supply and demand.

2. Real-Time Stock Updates

Our inventory management system automatically updates available quantities in real time.
In rare cases, if two customers order the last available item at the same time, the system may oversell.
If this occurs:

  • You will be notified promptly via email.
  • You may choose to receive a refund, wait for restock, or select an alternative item.

3. Backorders and Preorders

From time to time, we may offer backorders or preorders for select products:

  • Backorders: If allowed, you can purchase an item that is temporarily out of stock and it will ship once back in inventory.
  • Preorders: Available for upcoming product launches or new arrivals, shipped once the product release date arrives.

You will always see clear information at checkout if an item is on backorder or preorder.

4. Restocking

Restock frequency varies by product category and supplier. While we make every effort to restock popular items, certain limited or seasonal products may not return once sold out.
You can subscribe to restock alerts by joining our newsletter or using the “Notify Me When Available” feature on product pages (where available).

5. Inventory Accuracy and Errors

Although we maintain high data accuracy, occasional errors can occur due to manual updates, supplier delays, or system syncing issues.
If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase:

  • You’ll have the option to receive a full refund, exchange, or wait for restock (if applicable).
