1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Note: We currently do not designate any products as final sale — all eligible items can be returned.

2. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for all eligible U.S. orders.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Just print the label, attach it to your return package, and drop it off at your nearest postal location.

3. How to Start a Return

To start your return:

  2. Our team will review the request within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive your prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
  4. Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size, color, or product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

7. Late or Missing Refunds
